Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is it leak-proof?

The Loona has a secure lid that you can feel confident in for at-home use. For additional security that you may require while on-the-go, choose our LoonaGo.

  • Can portable urinals be used in bed?

To avoid mess, we highly recommend that the Loona should be used standing or leaning.

  • Will my Loona smell?

The Loona is designed with a snap-close lid that helps trap odors. If you empty and rinse your Loona daily, smell is unlikely to ever be an issue.

  • How is Loona different from LoonaGo?

Loona is intended as a solution for at-home situations and circumstances where LoonaGo is intended for travel.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

It can take up to two days for your order to process and ship. Once shipped, allow 3 to 5 business days for it to arrive.

  • How do returns work?

All orders qualify for free return shipping and full refund given that the product(s) remain unused and intact in their original packaging. Reach out to our team at support@boomessentials.com for additional support.
