  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    It can take up to two days for your order to process and ship. Once shipped, allow 3 to 5 business days for it to arrive.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  • What if my items are damaged when they arrive?

    Email support@boomessentials.com and we’ll help with a replacement or refund.

Shipping Information

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $60 ship free.

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories.

  • How long will my order take to ship?

    Orders usually ship within 2 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking when your order is on the way.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Returns, Exchanges, & Warranties

  • How do I return an item I've purchased?

  • When will I receive a refund for a returned item?

    Refunds are processed after your return is received and approved. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s issued.

  • Can I exchange my item?

    Unfortunately, because of the types of products we sell, we cannot accept exchanges. We encourage you to return the original item and purchase the correct item in a new order.

  • How do I make a warranty claim?

    Our portable urinals include a 1-year replacement guarantee. If yours cracks or breaks during normal use, email support@boomessentials.com

Sending A Gift

  • I want to send a gift. How do I make sure the price isn't shown?

    Prices are not shown on our packing slips, and all our items are packaged without price tags.
