Byrdie Lifson Pompan is an entrepreneur, healthcare executive, and strategic advisor whose career spans entertainment, healthcare, consumer products, and patient advocacy. She is the co-founder of Boom Essentials, an adaptive lifestyle brand dedicated to reimagining the world of everyday healthcare products through thoughtful design and innovation. As co-founder, she guides product strategy, brand development, user experience, and long-term growth, positioning Boom at the intersection of healthcare and human-centered design.
Alongside Boom, Byrdie is the founder and CEO of Clear Health Advisors, a boutique healthcare consulting and patient advocacy firm she established in 2013. Through the firm, she works with individuals and families facing some of the most complex medical diagnoses, providing independent research, strategic guidance, and access to leading physicians, specialists, and medical centers throughout the United States. Her work combines deep medical research with compassionate advocacy, empowering clients to make informed healthcare decisions during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Before entering healthcare, Byrdie spent nearly two decades at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where she rose to become one of the agency’s few female partners. As a talent agent representing acclaimed writers and directors, she negotiated major film and television projects while building enduring relationships with leading studios, filmmakers, and entertainment executives.
She serves on the Executive Board of Valley Community Healthcare and has held leadership and advisory roles with organizations including Brave Coalition, Heart of the Brain, the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, Communities in Schools, and Sky’s the Limit Fund.
Byrdie earned a Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, where she deepened her expertise in healthcare systems, organizational leadership, and business strategy. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA, providing an early foundation for her lifelong interest in understanding people, communities, and the systems that shape our lives.
